ClearChoice is one of the best things that ever happened to implant dentistry. It’s not just ClearChoice advertising on the airwaves, but also this entity, and this one, and this one.

It’s Not About ClearChoice
Imagine if the ADA promoted dentistry as much as ClearChoice? Jesus, Joseph, and Mary, that would be amazing!
Now, while none of our independent doctors or small DSOs can rival ClearChoice on the airwaves, we can and do rival them in digital advertising, because our ad quality scores rival or even exceed theirs in markets.
How is that possible? Well, we’ve been writing copy and headlines longer than their agency and we devote immense time to ongoing A/B testing of ads, so, over the long haul, our ‘horses’ outrun theirs in the digital format. And, of course, that means we outrun all the other horses out there as well, since no other competitor has our track record and years in operation doing what we do as a specialty agency.
It’s About Ad Quality
As a result of ad quality scores being high, our ads rank the same or higher than ClearChoice digitally and we are also able to leverage against their message to siphon cases from them to our doctors.
Now, in honesty, the team handling these siphoned cases have to be savvy when it comes to how they answer the phone and do face to face sales process but we teach that as part of our agency work.
As a result, our doctors do MORE cases from the DOLLARS ClearChoice is spending in their local market. On average, it’s an extra case every quarter IF ClearChoice has a center in that market.
If the nearest ClearChoice is a long drive (think 90-120 minutes) or is in another state, these bonus ClearChoice cases happen monthly and can contribute up to 25% of total case volume IF ClearChoice TV commercial are airing in the market.
Imagine getting $100K in cases annually at the low end and up to $350K at the top end just because ClearChoice is either in your market or is simple airing TV commercials in your area.
