On a recent weekend, I met to have dinner with a group of doctors driven to help more patients with the All-on-X technique. They were in Miami to attend a course at one of the best AOX surgical trainers in the country.

I have little doubt these doctors won’t feel that it was worth it when patients express their gratitude for the service provided. I’ll get my satisfaction from hearing about their cases.
As part of such meetings, I present a short basics of advertising and sales for the All-on-X case.
The reality is that the clinical side of AOX, like so many niche procedures, is actually the “easy breezy” part.
It’s the advertising and sales part that limits doctors from putting their educations to work.
Perseverance Is Key
Unfortunately, that means that maybe 1 out of 20 or 30 of the docs coming to these high level courses will ever move on to treat many cases. “It is what it is” as the young people like to say.
